Terms & Conditions



1. Please note that this system will generate an automated acknowledgment of receipt of your application but this acknowledgment DOES NOT guarantee entry.


2. Retain the automated email for reference.


3. ENTRY into the tournament IS GUARANTEED once a CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE is received from the Wolfpack.


4. CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE to the tournament will be provided upon receipt of full payment of the entry fee.


5. Entries into the tournament will be secured on a first come, first paid basis until all spots have been filled.


6. A full refund less $300 administration fee will be provided for cancellation requests received 30 days in advance of the first day of the tournament. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for cancellation requests received with less than 30 days notice of cancellation unless the Wolfpack is able to secure a replacement team. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email) to the Ryan Hetherington at


7. We encourage teams to enter at the level in which they would compete during league play. The Wolfpack reserves the right at any time to not accept or revoke confirmation of acceptance of any team when a team has not entered into its league level division without the Tournament Committee’s express written permission.


8. Divisions for the tournament may be canceled at the discretion of the Wolfpack where minimum division levels are not met. ​
